At Copper Mountain Elixirs we operate a little differently than most businesses. As of right now just two people are responsible for every aspect of this business, and because of this we sometimes have difficulty answering questions in what might be considered a timely manner. As you might imagine the process of extracting, testing, bottling, labeling and shipping product is pretty time consuming, so having to answer 25-30 customer questions per day on top of that means we are going to drop the ball somewhere. It’s bound to happen, it’s just simple math.
Our solution to this quagmire, at least until we are able to find trusted staff to hire, is to try to answer as many questions in advance online as possible.
